Plot Synopsis
Canadian genius Gerald Bull, former director of a Top-secret NASA project and dealer of arms to such countries as Israel, South Africa and China becomes obsessed with building a supergun that would be the largest ever built. Desperately seeking a patron for his project, he finally finds a sponsor in Saddam Hussein. The deadly agreement sparks international intrigue and murder as Bull is mysteriously assassinated in Brussels in 1990.
