Plot Synopsis

A married couple, having trouble conceiving, seek out the services of a fertility expert who has recently been part of team doing research on the semen of a ''Bronze Age'' man found in the Italian Alps. A bizarre mix-up occurs and the woman is accidentally inseminated with the old sperm. She gives birth to a healthy son with strange powers. When the secret is made public the doctor kidnaps the boy in order to keep him safe from the media frenzy. But the child eventually grows ill and dies and the doctor is sent to jail.
