Plot Synopsis
Based on the novel by Alexander Stille. In Palermo, Sicily, 1992 courageous prosecutor Giovanni Falcone and his partner risked everything to bring the Italian Mafia to justice. Though the Mafia murdered them, their tragic deaths galvanized the Italian people to rise up and strike back at the forces of organized crime, as well as the government that had protected them for generations.
