Plot Synopsis

A young, gusty teacher joins the faculty as the new cheerleading coach at a Texas high school and soon discovers that a clique of five beautiful and well-connected cheerleaders rule the school. They constantly disobey and disregard teachers while administrators turn the other way. When their behavior escalates to extreme parting, bullying and other self-destructive behavior she seeks support from the principal in disciplining the girls, but is asked to resign instead. Frustrated, she risks the end to her teaching career by breaking the news of the scandalous conduct of the "Fab Five" and administrators to the local and national media.
