Plot Synopsis
Keith and Kim Lussier, a childless couple who have decided to adopt, are soon matched with a 3-month old foster child. They are halfway into the adoption process when Kim dies of cancer. The agency who placed the baby girl has rules against letting single parents adopt and refuses to finalize the adoption. The dedicated father, desperate to hang on to his daughter, goes to great lengths to fight for his rights.
