Plot Synopsis
A alcoholic, down on his luck attorney gets his act together when his sister is accused of murdering her seemingly perfect husband. At first he is reluctant to believe her story of his brother-in-law's drug and physical abuse and that she acted in self defense. With the help of a sympathetic detective he is able to expose police cover-ups and political threats which help to prove his sister's innocence.
