Plot Synopsis

Seeking a powerful, alternate energy source, a wealthy industrialist unearths a vein of pure base Lithium causing a series of massive explosions and noxious gas fumes. Seismic investigator Jake Denning and his girlfriend, on vacation in the area, are soon involved when they investigate a series of fiery explosions that kills a group of boaters and the nearby town is engulfed in deadly gas. The military arrives and seals off the area, but things go from bad to worse when a greater seismic eruption entraps two of Jake's colleagues in an underground cavern. He and a rescue team must race against time to save his crew and prevent a global disaster.
