Plot Synopsis

Based on the novel by Larry Barker. In Florida, an eccentric dreamer builds the world's largest drive-in-movie theater--directly across the street from a funeral parlor. The humorless owner of the funeral home is outraged and a bitter feud erupts between the two men. When a tragic accident claims the wife of the theater owner, he is soon comforted by his neighbor and ultimately the two adversaries heal their animosity and learn valuable life lessons.
