Plot Synopsis
Based on the book by Alison Lurie. A refined New England college professor meets an unsophisticated, loud, sanitation company engineer from Oklahoma while on a plane to London. He is instantly smitten and persists in his conquest even though the lady shows no interest. Opposites eventually attract but the romance is short lived due to his untimely heart attack.
