Plot Synopsis
Based on the novel ''Wallflower'' by William Bayer. Sixth TV movie about veteran NYPD homicide detective Frank Janek. When his goddaughter becomes the victim of a brutal serial killer the veteran cop races the FBI to break the case. The investigation leads him to a troubled therapist who is linked to the murder victims.
