Plot Synopsis

A contemporary vision of Mary Shelley's classic tale. Dr. Helios and his first ''monster'' known as Deucalion have been kept alive by artificial means for two centuries. The ''mad'' doctor has now created a laboratory in New Orleans to manufacture a new race of people to ultimately replace mankind. Although designed to be perfect, these creations are often unpredictable and dangerous. When Deucalion learns about the evil scheme he seeks the help of two detectives take down Helios, whose creations have successfully infiltrated society.
