Plot Synopsis

When his K-9 partner is shot in the line a duty a devastated police officer is determined to track down those responsible. But after mysterious occurrences he starts to believe his beloved dog hasn't left the physical world quite yet. He visits a psychic who summons the dog's spirit and to everyone's amazement, the spirit leaps into the body of the psychic's son, a harmless petty criminal. Together they team up to track down the killer and thwart his evil plans.
