Plot Synopsis
Based on the play by Mary C. Chase. Remake of the 1951 film. Eccentric Elwood P. Dowd worries his family when his devoted friendship to an invisible six-feet eight inches tall white rabbit named Harvey begins to consume his life. His sister, Veta, is advised by her lawyer to have Elwood committed but ensuing events lead the staff of the asylum to try and commit Veta instead of Elwood.
