Plot Synopsis
The life of legendary rock guitarist Jimi Hendrix who grew up poor and became a 60's superstar. Raised by his father in Seattle, Hendrix moved to New York's Greenwich Village where he spent all his time exploring the Bohemian lifestyle. Despite his struggles with drugs and a controlling manger, he never lost sight of his vision to write and create great music. He tragically died of a drug overdose at the age of 27 in 1970.
