Plot Synopsis

High school senior Chloe had everything going for her: a loving family, good grades, and, as the star of the girls soccer team, a scholarship to college. After her mother catches her father cheating on her, she starts acting out. It starts with a fight with another player during a game and progresses to a drunken meltdown at a high school party. To make matters worse, she's starting to hear voices in her head. At first they're merely taunting her, but it's not long before they're telling her to hurt herself or worse, others. Her concerned mother takes her to a never-ending parade of psychiatrists, none of whom are able to help. A church youth group known as "The Chosen" befriends Chloe's best friend Lauren with an unusual offer to help. They believe that Chloe is possessed by a demon and that the only way to cure her is to perform an exorcism. As Chloe's behavior worsens, Lauren starts to think "The Chosen" might actually be able to help her. However as the exorcism begins, Lauren discovers that the leader of the group has an ulterior motive and has no intention of helping Chloe get better. As things quickly turn violent, Lauren is forced to act quickly and save her friend.
