Plot Synopsis
Contemporary hip-hop version of Georges Bizet's 1875 opera, ''Carmen''. In present day Philadelphia the feisty and beautiful Carmen Brown is on her way to jail after a bar fight when she seduces a police officer and makes her escape. The ruined cop lands in jail where he pines away for her. The two lovers are soon reunited, but the heartless Carmen eventually dumps her man and leaves him desolate.
