Plot Synopsis

Based on the play by Cheryl L. West. A 50-year-old drag queen performer by night and a choir director by day is still grieving over the loss of his lover 15 years earlier. When he meets a woman who is an aspiring author with a history of drug addiction and her 12 year-old daughter he begins to finds a new purpose in life. When it becomes apparent that she is using drugs again it it up to him to leave his own pain behind and embrace a positive future for the child, making it possible for her to have the kind of life her mother desperately wanted but could never give.
