Plot Synopsis
At Christmas time a no nonsense high school superintendent returns to his small Kentucky hometown with his adopted niece. He has been given the job to cut the school's music program in order to save it from bankruptcy, a decision further complicated when he falls in love with the warmhearted music teacher. He is soon transformed by the importance of music in the lives of those around him.
