Plot Synopsis
Michelle Brown's identity is stolen by a stranger named Connie who quickly purchases thousands of dollars of merchandise in her name, and then bizarrely tries, through cosmetic surgery, to actually become her. When a warrant is issued for the impostor's arrest, the real Michelle is wrongly accused. With her life in a downward spiral, she fights back and appeals to the US Senate for more stringent identity theft laws which were enacted in 2004.
