Plot Synopsis
Based on the book, ''Someone Is Watching'' by Judith Kelman. In a peaceful suburban town, a series of unsolved accidents involving certain children propel a suspicious detective and a concerned mother to join forces and solve the mysterious crimes. They finally expose the unbalanced mother of a little boy who wants to make sure her son is the best and the brightest and conveniently removes any and all competition the child might encounter.
