Plot Synopsis
Based on the 1952 feature film. The neglected wife of a diplomat stationed in Rome falls in love with a wealthy Italian wine maker. She is soon torn between the passion of her new lover and her commitment to her marriage vows. No longer able to subordinate her happiness for her husband's demanding career, she decides to follow her heart and starts a new life with her paramour.
