Plot Synopsis
A ten year old boy is given a slobbering bloodhound by his parents who feel that having a dog with develop their son's sense of responsibility. When his mom's pet bird escapes the lad bounds off to the rescue with the help of his mischievous canine. The duo run into trouble at every turn and eventually are arrested by the police, believing them to be accomplices in a nationwide car-theft racket.
