Plot Synopsis
Based on a short story in the book ''Welcome to the Monkey House''. In 2053 all citizens are forced to wear headbands which short-circuit intelligent thought, creating a society of mediocre minds. A gifted young man, whose intelligence out performs the head device, is sent to a covert government group as a potential recruit into the secret life of the ruling elite. He decides to join but soon becomes disillusioned and decides to engineer a new revolution.
