Plot Synopsis
Meyer Lansky, a young Jewish immigrant from Poland who grew up on the impoverished streets of the Lower East Side of New York at the turn of the century and embarked on a life of crime. Partnered with childhood friends ''Bugsy'' Siegel and ''Lucky'' Luciano, he earned notoriety that eventually made him the object of FBI investigations, as well as congressional hearings.
