Plot Synopsis

A hot-shot sleazy celebrity lawyer takes the case of an actress charged with murdering her brother in-law. To ensure his client's victory he hatches a plan to put a young inexperienced attorney to serve as the front man, while he directs the defense from behind the scenes. Seduced by the swirl of publicity, the rookie lawyer, soon finds himself in the cross hairs of a relentless tabloid reporter whose pursuit forces him to decide whether what he wants to be is worth sacrificing who he is.
