Plot Synopsis
A mysterious stranger comes to a small town the same day that a lightning strike kills a tourist. The stranger claims that there's a killer creature that rides the lightning bolt to earth and he's there to destroy it. Although the local Sheriff thinks he's crazy, he comes to believe the stranger when the lightning creature goes after his son.
