Plot Synopsis
Based on the classic tale by Frances Hodgson Burnett. In the 19th century, a working class American boys life is changed dramatically when he becomes heir to the lands and fortune of his dictatorial grandfather, Earl of Dorincourt. Traveling to England to claim his inheritance he soon wins the loves and respect of all who meet him, including the irascible aristocrat. When his estate is threatened by another, claiming to be the true heir, his American friends help uncover the truth and expose the impostor.
