Plot Synopsis

An experiment to create the ultimate eco-friendly pesticide using a mutant breed of locust designed to eat other insects goes awry when the swarm is accidentally released into the wild. The nasty bugs soon begin mowing down crops and cattle and soon humans. As causalities mount a team of U.S. Department of Agriculture scientists and government agents race against time to contain the deadly locust plague before it infests the whole country.
