Plot Synopsis

A Hallmark Hall of Fame Original Movie. Lindsey Phillips is a beautiful New York art magazine publisher and single mom to Alexa, an 18-year-old art student preparing to spend a semester at a university in Paris. With Valentine's Day approaching, Lindsey, who's been unlucky at love and has given up on romance, plans to take Alexa to Paris to help her prepare for school. As she arranges the trip, Trent Greer, a handsome and persuasive publishing house owner, approaches her with a lucrative offer to buy out her magazine. Smitten with Lindsey, he also expresses his romantic interest in her. Though she finds his offer tempting, and is charmed by his advances, she avoids the situation and flies to Paris with Alexa. They settle into a quaint hotel and Alexa embarks on a romantic fling with a handsome young bellhop. While having an impromptu drink at the hotel bar, Lindsey is shocked to find that the hotel owner is Jack Burrows, the man who broke her heart twenty years earlier when the love affair they began in Paris came to an end. As they reconnect, Jack encourages her to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming an artist. Before long, the old spark between them begins to reignite. But when Trent shows up in Paris, sweeping her off her feet with an extravagant gift and enticing her with his gainful offer, she finds herself facing some big decisions regarding life, career and love.
