Plot Synopsis
Outraged that the President refuses to take make war against a Middle East fundamentalist leader, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff orders troops to take an offensive position. The President and his staff are furious and demand the general's resignation. He refuses and takes the White House and the president hostage. The country's first female vice president must outwit the deranged general and avert an international disaster.
