Plot Synopsis

A heart surgeon whose medical training was paid for by the mafia when he was a young man finds himself still ''owned'' by the ''family'' years later. He is expected to repay his debt and provide medical services to the intimidating Don and his violent hit men who want him to medically kill a heart patient who is a family foe. Refusing to obey orders he decides go to the authorities and help bring down the mob.
