Plot Synopsis
Based on ''September, September'' by Shelby Foote. Three drifters in 1950's Memphis kidnap the grandson of the town's wealthiest black man. The abduction ultimately fails when one of the kidnappers becomes too attached to the boy, causing dissension and rivalry among her fellow low-lifes.
