Plot Synopsis

Third in the Murder 101 mystery series movies. Private detective Mike Bryan with assists from criminology Professor Maxwell and Mike's law-student nephew Ben investigates the kidnapping of a prized racehorse, one of the great champions in horseracing history. The stakes are high indeed when the horse's owners receive a $100 million ransom demand and the trainer is found dead in a suspicious fire. Professor Maxwell may not remember where he put his keys in the morning, but his keen crime-solving mind discovers a family embroiled in jealousy and greed-and a case of fraud that seems to implicate the horse's owner.
