Plot Synopsis

A happily married woman in a small mid-western town is beaten and raped while her husband is away on business. Feeling the cops are not doing enough to apprehend the serial killer/rapist, the couple becomes obsessed with catching him. When he returns to their house two more times, because she is the only one still alive who can identify him, they set a trap for the dangerous sociopath. With the help of an earnest detective, they ultimately crack the case.
