Plot Synopsis

Accelerated global warming has caused the earth's upper and lower atmospheres to separate resulting violent tornadoes and deadly electrical storms. Several swarming icy tornadoes descend on New York City, cutting a path of devastating destruction. Now, in a race against Mother Nature, the Deputy Mayor and his meteorologist wife, must put aside their own marital turmoil, and find a way to tame the super storm before it annihilates the city.
