Plot Synopsis

A young black man, imprisoned for a petty crime, finds a second chance when a highly successful female college professor hires him through a prison work furlough program, takes him under her wing and falls in love with him. Once out of prison, he realizes he must start a new life and that he must break away from her. Her possessiveness turns lethal as she begins to stalk him, attempting in many desperate ways to get him back. His rejection leads her to plot his murder.
