Plot Synopsis

The President's spoiled, lethargic bulldog enjoys the perks of the White House, but by accident, he swaps places with a scrappy lookalike who is perpetually on the run from Animal control. The streetwise pup happily adjusts to his new digs, enlivening White house life and bonding with the press secretary's son. Meantime, the real ''First Dog'' is placed on death row at the pound until he is kidnapped by a con man who plans to get rich with the canine impersonator.
