Plot Synopsis

The tumultuous lives of porn kings Artie and Jim Mitchell, who in 1971 hit it big with their ''classic''film ''Behind the Green Door''. Their fame and fortune in the porn industry leads them to ruin as they succumb to the temptations of easy drugs and sex. After their marriages and business are destroyed, Jim is able to overcome drugs but his Artie falls deeper into addiction and dementia. Trying to help, he plans an intervention that goes awry, ending in his brothers death. Convicted of voluntary manslaughter, Jim is sentenced to six years.
