Plot Synopsis
A clumsy 11-year-old boy, dreams of becoming a member of the school safety patrol but winds up in a comedic mess when he stumbles onto a bumbling band of crooks who plan to steal money from the school's fund raising drive. He is framed for a crime he didn't commit by the bully boy's on the school's safety patrol...and in cahoots with the con artists. He and his friends uncover the nefarious scheme and make their school safe again.
