Plot Synopsis
Based on the story by Baroness Orczy. In 1792 France, Sir Percy Blakeney, who by day is the toast of high society, but by night dons a secret identity and frees imprisoned citizens...victims of the bloody revolution. Mrs. Blakeney, unaware her husband's charade, unwittingly sets a trap for the Pimpernel when the secret police imprisons her brother and pressures her to help capture the wily traitor.
