Plot Synopsis
A humble farmer and master craftsman, who lives alone is a small town in Georgia, refuses to sell his land to a greedy mall developer. The builder tries to get his psychiatrist girlfriend to declare him incompetent. After spending time with the kindly carpenter she begins to reevaluate her own priorities and won't side with her lover. Valuing the simple things in life, he steadfastly fights to save his property.
