Plot Synopsis

A former nun becomes a director of a rape crisis center, where she counsels a rebellious 17 year old girl who wants to remain anonymous. When the rapist's defense attorney subpoenas her files, she goes to prison rather than betray the girl's confidence. The young woman eventually comes forward, thus shattering her relationship with her father, who thought he had a ''good little girl''. Although the rapist is ultimately convicted, the victim's life is destroyed. The counselor sets out to reconcile father and daughter.
