Plot Synopsis

After 15 years at a Washington state hospital for the criminally insane, Cassidy is finally released and reenters the life of her younger sister, Jane, now a police officer. Jane has never told her teenage daughter, Emily, or her fiancee, Phil, about her crazy, vengeful sister, but Cassidy begins showing signs of the same intense sibling rivalry that ruined their relationship -- and now threatens to destroy her life. When she is unable to prove her sister is still harmful to society, she must take matters into her own hands to protect her family.
