Plot Synopsis
Based on the short story by Tim O'Brien. A naive young woman is transported to a Vietnam war zone by her medic boyfriend during the height of the action. Timid and shy at first, she soon adjusts to her surroundings But her growing fascination with the combat activities of a nearby Green beret unit threatens her romance--and eventually her life.
