Plot Synopsis
Based on the Old Testament. Nikaule, the Queen of Sheba, is concerned because powerful Israelites want to usurp the frankincense trade, which is the chief source of her kingdoms income. She seeks the wisdom of King Solomon in Jerusalem to resolve the problem. The two fall in love but betrayal, royal obligations, and a lost city of gold conspire to destroy their romance.
