Plot Synopsis

After being thrown out of law school, a goofball college student and his best friend head to Florida for Spring Break. An opportunity comes his way when he discovers a knack for defending himself in court after being arrested for a drunken misdemeanor. The boys quickly realize the huge business potential in defending other kids. Trouble ensues when he takes on the defense of a fellow reveler who is being prosecuted by a conservative senator who has big plans to denounce Spring Break as the ultimate symbol of the degradation of American morals.
