Plot Synopsis
An emergency room doctor at a large inner city hospital tries to cope with the frustration and fatigue of treating endless patients. When a businessman come in with a head trauma, the overworked doctor tries to save the man but fails due to lack of a neurosurgeon or CAT scanner. The dead man's wife then sues the hospital and the attending physician for neglect.
