Plot Synopsis
From 1924 to 1950 Georgia Tann headed the Tennessee Children's Home Society, a highly respected Orphanage and adoption agency. During her tenure, permanent homes were found for more that 5,000 babies. A determined Memphis welfare worker, Annie Beales exposes the dark secret that a vast majority of these children were actually stolen from their natural parents who were often poor and uneducated.
