Plot Synopsis

In San Francisco three young men get caught up in the dangerous world of gang life. One is a ranking member of a black gang who is willing to kill to solve problems the other collects protection money for a Chinatown crime boss, secretly pocketing money for himself while the other young man, a white office worker, dabbles in drug sales and credit-card fraud. The conflicted lives of all three intersect to reveal the everyday struggles of living on the mean streets.
