Plot Synopsis

Jessica Tucker, a widow and successful doctor, is trying to juggle work and family when she learns she's up for the top job at the hospital. It's a great career move but means even more time away from her daughter Ava and would derail her plans to open a private practice that offers a more work-life balance. She books a stay at a resort in Fiji with cute bungalows, horseback riding on the beach so she and Ava can disconnect and have some mother-daughter bonding time. Jessica is looking to recapture the inner peace she once had with her late husband. Complicating matters is fellow resort guest Trevor, a dashing surgeon who takes an immediate interest in Jessica. During her stay, she also strikes up a friendship with Will, the charming owner of the resort. She soon notices how Trevor is a workaholic and sees that islander Will offers her tranquility. As Jessica and Will spend more time together, she begins to relax and starts to wonder if this island paradise can give her the life and love she's always hoped for.
